Social Research & Consulting, Inc.works with organizations on all levels.
In addition to our evaluation and research services, Social Research & Consulting, Inc.also provides consultation and support services including: training, technical assistance, and logic model development to meet the client’s own research needs to build their organization’s internal capacity.
Technical Assistance
If organization interested in doing evaluations on their own, Social Research & Consulting, Inc.works with program staff to develop logic modes, evaluation plan, and data collection tools. We also provide advice to organizations on how to conduct focus groups, and surveys.
Training and Workshops
Social Research & Consulting, Inc.provide training and work with organizations to develop evaluation designs, select the research methods to collect data using specific methodology, and in searching how to analyze and report data. After the reporting we create action plans for using research results.
Our approaches include a training series, in which our participants gain tools to start the evaluation process for their organization.
Logic Model Development
We expect that logic models, or program outcome models, help shape the evaluation.
Social Research & Consulting, Inc.creates a clear understanding between desired outcomes and how to achieve these outcomes. Social Research & Consulting, Inc.works with organizations to think about how those outcomes can be measured and what type of evaluation would work best.
Typically, this process engages all program key stakeholders via meetings to brainstorm about all assets, inputs, planned activities, expected outputs, and outcomes.
While we assist programs in conducting their own evaluation, through advice, document review, program development, and proposal writing, this is our approach to help organizations use their research results with the greatest effect.

Technical Assistance Contract:
Technical support opportunities, in which Social Research & Consulting, Inc.serves as the external evaluator:
- Our hourly rate is $100 and billing is done monthly, based upon actual hours provided. Technical support agreements include any and all evaluation services, for example: telephone consultation or email assistance, document review, site visits, and conducting of evaluation workshop.
Upon request, Social Research & Consulting, Inc.will prepare a customized evaluation work plan and budget for technical support.
